Replicare Ultra consists of a layer of hydrocolloid (liquid absorbing particles in an elastic, self-adhesive mass), covered on the upper side by a semi-permeable polyurethane film.

Contraindications and Precautions:

• Hydrocolloid wound dressings should only be used under the advice of a health care professional. A medical practitioner should treat wounds with signs of clinical infection before treatment with Replicare Ultra. Ulcers predominantly or entirely caused by arterial insufficiency should be inspected regularly by a medical practitioner.
• Do not use on infected wounds.
• Do not use on patients with a known allergy to hydrocolloid dressings.
